U2PA – An UK/US Pale Ale!

An American Pale Ale with a mix of US/UK hops = U2PA

This Pale Ale is based on a Brewers Gold hop from US and East Kent Golding from UK (sometime I have thrown some Northern Brewer hop into it). Both hop is used as bettering hops and boths gives a very punctures bittering there goes very well in hand with a fuller and a malty body from the pale male and especially melanoidin malt. Brewers Gold is the main dry hop used too, and it give slight black currant notes.
